Completing Your Profile

Add key details about your business to your MyCowork.Space Profile!

Our team will review and update your Profile content in order to improve your ranking across top search engines and help you convert our audience of engaged coworkers, entrepreneurs, freelancers and students.

Click the 'Manage Listing' in the left menu of your dashboard to view the items needed to be considered a complete listing. If you’re missing any of these, you can save your progress.

To complete your Profile page, follow the steps below.


1) Add business contact details - Required

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Click 'Manage Listing' in the left menu
  • Click 'Contact Details'
  • Add your information in the text fields below ‘Enter Contact information’
  • Add your street address –  If you’re having trouble with the map, you can also click and drag the pin to move it
  • Add your website and social media links
  • Click 'Save & Continue'


2) Upload a high quality logo (min size 200px x 200px) - Required

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Click 'Manage Listing' in the left menu
  • Click 'Profile Photo' in the left menu
  • Click the ‘Upload Logo’ button, 
  • Click "Choose Logo' and navigate to your logo file.
  • Click 'Confirm Logo Upload' to upload your logo.
  • Click 'Continue' to save your logo
  • Please note, our team will review your logo based on our profile quality requirements.


3) Upload a high quality Profile Cover Photo (min size 1140px x 200px) - Optional

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Click 'Manage Listing' in the left menu
  • Click 'Profile Photo' in the left menu
  • Click the ‘Upload Profile Cover Photo’ button, 
  • Click 'Choose Cover' and navigate to your profile photo file.
  • Click 'Confirm Cover Upload' to upload your cover photo
  • Click 'Continue' to save your cover photo
  • Please note, our team will review your profile cover photo based on our profile quality requirements.


4) Add additional details to your profile - Required

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click 'Listing Details'
  • Select up to 3 categories you specialise in
  • Add more details in the text fields below 'Share More Details' - optional
  • Add a PDF brochure - optional
  • Click 'Save & Continue'
  • Please note, our team will review and may update your 'Listing Details' based on our profile quality requirements.


5) Provide a description of your business and services - Required

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Click 'Manage Listing' in the left menu
  • Click 'About'
  • Add your description in the text field below ‘Describe your business and services’
  • Scroll down, click ‘Save’
  • Please note, our team will review and may update your ‘About Us’ with a professionally written business description based on our profile quality requirements.


6) Upload at least 6-8 high quality photos - Required

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Click 'Photos' in the left menu
  • Click 'Add New Photos'
  • Add details about the album
  • Click 'Save & Add Photos'
  • Click 'Choose Image' and select up to 10 photos from your computer (max 10mb per upload at a time)
  • Once the photos have finished uploading, you’ll need to add a title and description for each one
  • Scroll down, click ‘Save’
  • Please note, our team will review and update your photos based on our content quality requirements.


7) Add a video to your profile from a YouTube or Vimeo link - Optional

  • Log into your dashboard
  • Click 'Videos' in the left menu
  • Click 'Add New Video'
  • Add details about the video in the text fields below 'Enter Details Below'
  • Scroll down, click ‘Save’
  • Please note, our team will review your video based on our content quality requirements.


8) Request at least 5 reviews - Optional

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click ‘View Public Profile' in the left menu This takes you to your profile page.
  • Click 'Write a Review' and copy the browser link.
  • Paste the link into an email and invite clients to leave you a review
  • When you receive a review, click 'Manage Reviews' in the left menu in your dashboard
  • Publish, reply or delete the review.


9) Add a promotion for potential clients - Optional

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click ‘Promotions’ in the left menu
  • Click ‘Add a New Promotion'
  • Add details about the promotion below the text fields 'Enter Details Below'
  • Scroll down, click 'Save'
  • Please note, our team will review your video based on our content quality requirements.


10) Add your spaces and services

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click 'Space Rentals' in the left menu
  • Click 'Add a New Space Rentals'
  • Fill in the the text fields below "Enter Details Below'
  • Click 'Save' to continue
  • Click 'Choose Image' and select up to 10 photos from your computer (max 10mb per upload at a time)
  • Once the photos have finished uploading, you’ll need to add a title and description for each one.
  • Scroll down, click ‘Save’
