Spece.com has two locations, San Juan Puerto Rico, and Guaynabo Puerto Rico. Rich in history and culture, San Juan is the perfect place to provide an upscale working environment. We offer private offices with ocean and mountain views in our San Juan location. While in our Guaynabo location we offer all the same amenities with more of a neighborhood feel and have easy highway access.
Both locations provide ample space for multiple employees as well as small one-person offices. Our interior spaces are complete with wicked-fast redundant internet by two providers to ensure seamless connectivity. Our sizeable open lobby allows for a more relaxed coworking environment.
We have multiple meeting rooms that accommodate small to large groups which can include beverage/food service and media for any and all presentations. Spece.com also has many virtual membership options that start as low as $25/month. We offer mail services at both of our locations. Included in our spaces is a fully stocked market for your culinary needs. However, just steps outside our front door are multiple restaurants that are easy to walk to for a quick bite to eat.
