Hastings HIVE provides coworking desks and serviced offices in what we call an i-space, a trademarked name for our high-tech, high-class shared space. Our shared office space was a concept pioneered in international trading centres like San Francisco, New York and Toronto and matches anything you will find in these centres, for facilities and services. The average size of a corworking shared space globally is around 600 sqm. Hastings HIVE is twice that size, and ready to accommodate you in regional Hawke's Bay.
Spaces start with a single dedicated coworking desk. Rent monthly, one or more of our i-desks at the largest and most modern shared spaces in the Hawke's Bay. Each desk comes with a generous desk, amazingly comfortable executive chair and a secure locker that is dedicated to you.
Serviced offices start with a four person i-office (16 sqm), up to our largest office for up to 20 persons (78sqm). Many having interconnecting doors (providing growth options) so we are ready for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We have deliberately designed our work space furnishings to be minimalist facilitating modern agile work practices, and kept the office decor neutral, so you can introduce company specific brand and designs elements to your i-office. Each i-office has pin walls, glass wallboards and pre-wired for a flat-screen to display your real-time metrics.
