About Motive Coworking
Motive Coworking is a community-based coworking space that focuses on breeding a happy and warm culture of like-minded people to follow their passions! We try to help support our members with our own internal member network to create the cross-pollination of ideas and services across all different industries.
We strive to empower every member with our resources, network, and access to our partnerships to help them achieve their own goals!
Our Story
Why doesn’t the northern beaches have a warm, motivational, and inspiring coworking space with access to resources, shared knowledge, like-minded community? We found a big gap and decided to take on the project back in 2019, with the goal to create space that people would love! We soon turned our attention to building and supporting relationships within our community by bridging the gap between business and customers.
Our main focus was to create a community that is more than customers and business. We strive to connect with each member to try to find solutions, networks, and resources to better their business.

To create a community that helps support one another, with owners that truly care about its members. Motive is more than just coworking, we are all about working together to creating an amazing community close to home.
How We Support Our Members For Free
Private Member Networks
We have created a marketplace to make it easier for the cross-collaboration of members. Every member service or product is at a discounted rate only for members of Motive coworking. If you want to get involved please contact us, because you need to be a member to gain access.
Member Support/Master Mind
Where members can come together to discuss their business problems and use the collectively shared knowledge to better everyone’s business, each person who joins will make an actionable list for themselves to keep them accountable for their goals of their choosing. This is moderated by one of the team members at Motive.
Member Showcase
Every week we run a weekly email blast to over 550+ people to highlight the products or services our members offer. Each week we pick one member to showcase by asking them a shortlist of questions about themself, their business, and life outside of work.
Friday Free Lunch
Come sit down, relax, have a beer, and meet our community! Its the best time of the week! The team at Motive Coworking runs a free BBQ for everyone at the space, we have a mix of meat and meat-free options! This provides a perfect opportunity to meet the community and to do some networking.
Ping Pong
Battle it out every Wednesday night to see who becomes the reigning champ for the week and is given a trophy for their efforts.

VentureHub is a company that specialise first and foremost in developing strategic direction and detailed user stories to support current market conditions (inc. identifying any competitors known or otherwise). We are currently looking to establish Joint Ventures with people who are passionately ready to invest time, money, and energy in order to produce positive outcomes.
Sydney Hardware Incubator
At Sydney Hardware Incubator, our program includes tailored learning experiences for early-stage inventors/founders with ideas of physical products in a wide variety of industries and based on a deep understanding of the business world. With a wealth of experience and an impressive list of mentors and directors, Sydney Hardware Incubator provides an unmatched experience for those with untapped potential.
Realise Business
Motive Coworking have partnered with Realise Business to provide members & visitors access to the NSW Governments Business Connect program. The program provides one-on-one business advisory & coaching services with the first four (4) hours being completely free of charge.
